The Gold Maintenance contract offers true piece of mind when operating your system. In case of the hardware problem, we will ship you immediately another system, pre configured in the exact same way as the original system when delivered. The Gold Visionic Maintenance Contract include following services:
- All items from the Software Maintenance Contract are included
- Available with ABEL 2000/ ABEL 2004 / ABEL 2005 systems
- Hardware components replacement Next Business Day (for components provided by Intorel)
- Same configuration of ABEL 2000/2004/2005 as shipped
- Remote assistance via Internet and/or PSTN (installation, operation)
- Next Business Day dispatch of the engineer on site, within EU. Traveling and lodging costs not included
