Visionic Annual Maintenance Contract

The Visionic Annual Maintenance Contract is designed to keep your Visionic system up-to-date during its expected lifetime; to supply you with the latest device drivers and resolve any reported issues. The Maintenance contract also acts as warranty extension contract.

The Maintenance contract is the primary way to extend the lifetime of the system and to update / upgrade your stations with the latest software version. The Anuual Visionic Maintenance Contract include following services:

  • Available with Visionic Professional, Frontline and SNG licenses
  • Available after the first six months of the ownership (the six months are automatically included)
  • Four yearly updates of the Visionic software
  • Receive new device drivers
  • Creation of new device drivers free of charge (conditions apply)
  • Free minor version updates of the core system (from X.Y to X.Z)
  • Technical support via email and phone during CET working hours. Guaranteed response in max 2 business days

The Maintenance Contract is automatically included, for the initial 6x months, with every purchase of the Visionic Professional or Frontline. The Maintenance contract is sold per each purchased license. For larger quantities (20+) of the installed systems, we offer special volume discounts.
